Please bear in mind that logging into the game using external software is a bannable offense in itself - even if no cheats were activated. However, no accounts have been banned via the automated system for using peripheral hardware such as keyboards and mouses with additional functions.
Always make sure that your do not log into Metin2 using PCs on which cheating software may have been installed.
There is no basis for unbanning affected accounts.

Dont play with the community because without us the game will close. Start listening our words and complains. We want the game to be better every day so dont take the critics as a personal atack like you always do. I now Gameforge will never see our messages but we will never be quiet because the truth is that we love the game, thats why we keep playing since 2004 (when it was created). @tiny flower there is something wrong...i did not get an email that im banned or something, but i have the error that the game is not available for me, starting right after server maintenance on wednesday, i contacted support and they accused me for trying to use external software with the client and i should delete it and then it should work again. but i didnt use anything. i sent them screen with all my processes and the client not opening the game, lets see 😡

As you already know a lot of people are getting banned but not only that. Every maintenance that lasts more than 12 hours that burns our stuff from the item-shop.
Every month people who are 100% innocent are getting accused of using hacks or "tools" as they say and are losing their accounts. And all they got to say to us is that they won't remove our bans.
I got a task for you all out there that play metin2: let's make gameforge understand that we are everything to them, that without us they are nothing.
Help me get this message to every forum, to every facebook page, to everyone, to your friends and guilds, translate this message to your language and post it everywhere.
I'm asking all of you to dedicate atleast 1 hour of your time to NOT play metin. Let's make them understand that if we didn't play their game it wouldn't even be alive. Let's make them give the attention every player deserves.

We try to communicate with management because this is not true.In the best case %60 of the bans are correct. I don’t know what you guys gonna thinking about this but as an answer we receive this announcement.

So basically, they told us if you banned, you banned. Don’t do tickets its necessary. Maybe the biggest game company in the world is Riot Games and I haven’t seen once such an explanation
from them. If you have little bit information about computers you know there is no software gives exact results like 1=1. There is always error in software and a proper team and management tries to reduce error. But this administration in turkey server accuses us, which we are all elite accounts , for external tool usage and we did a lot of investment to our accounts with real worlds money ofcourse.
As a long time player in Turkey(TR) server I have come here to warn all Metin2 players. Do not invest money to this game because they can easily waste all your investments with no proper explanation. There is thousands of accounts wrongly banned from the game. Don’t forget if this game still exist just because of it’s community and , I’m speaking for Turkey server, there is no community for Metin2 anymore. All the work we have done, all the exertion is for NOTHING.
We are not Metin2 players anymore but still we think metin2 community must be together.

Hello there, I have connecting issues to enter the turkish servers. I sent 2 tickets to support but no answers. The problem is on the starting screen. Think about a server (TR Server : Arkadaslar) that takes over 20minutes to connect.
