Well that part of the game didn't change much, it's more easy to level and farm at early stages, they give you a weapon from 10 to 10 levels and a box aswell with consumables

Imagine at level 29 you still have lv10 weapon, you need to open the mission before reach level 30, in order to get the level 20 weapon, if you do go to level 30 you will miss the lvl 20 weapon and can only claim the lv30 one

if you got banned there's a proof somewhere...that the rules were breached somehow. check with the GM/team and open a ticket in case you consider yourself incorrectly banned
