ipod beeping twice and screen is white | iPod | Page 1

I had a problem with my ipod nano third generation middle button not working so I wanted to replace the click wheel. in the process of replacing it I think I messed up the lcd because it just became white and it started rto beep twice whenever I would try to turn it on. so im like okay maybe I need a new lcd so I order one and I replace it. eveyrthing works until I put the backplate back on. display still works but now the click wheel doesnt work agian like at all (I had the hold mode off) so im like okay ill reseat it. so I open the backplate again but now the NEW display doesnt do anything and it beeps twice at me
