Rockbox Issus with a few songs

So I encountered a weird problem, on some songs from the American idiot album(only one I've found this problem on).
I'll use the song "wake me up when September ends" as an example: it stutters every few seconds until the drums kick in, then it works fine but during the stutters it becomes completely unresponsive, also it's not like it skips, it just stops for about half a second every few seconds.

I tried turning off the EQ, resetting the settings, rebuilding the database,deleting and reimporting the album.
Does anybody know how to fix this?

I would start with getting a different file from different source and/or reencode it from flac/CD if possible.

Please also consider adding information about ipod you are using, rockbox version and file format.
