could I completely tear down a 4s to just the body and put it in another 4s body? I have some clean screen 4s’s that don’t seem to want to start up even after doing a battery replacement. I have broken ones that are functional that I could gut and put in a different body, would I have to like glue stuff? Is it even possible? if anyone could guide me on the process, i looked at a teardown guide on ifixit but it didn’t look like the last step took out absolutely every part.

You could 100% do it but really all you need to do is transplant the mobo and maybe a spare screen

i’m not sure if the issues i’m having with my two clean ones are screen issues or mobo issues but they don’t turn on even after i had a working battery in them. my thought was maybe it was water damaged?

I would check the board for any corrosion
