Ipod 5.5 no audio issue, is it the u14? What confuses me is that when I insert the headphone jack I get a slight amount of noise, so I assume there is some power going through it? I also tried a dock and the headphone jack didnt output any audio. The iPod is on rockbox, volume controls and song playback works normally just getting no output audio. Thanks

afaik, if the dock method also fails it means it's the dac, kinda in the same boat rn i just got a new board but gonna attempt the u14 jump method

Ok, hope it works for you! What confuses me is how it happens, since it was working fine for years and one day it just stopped playing. My only guess is maybe from vibration? I will try u14 then if not I have a spare board
