So i decided to fuck with some Rockbox crap on my 6th gen that i got for free from a friend
But the RockBox utility was absolute garbage (Legit took 2 attempts to have a VERY BROKEN install)
Tested it for a bit and i uninstalled it, but for the life of me i cannot uninstall the bootloader (The only way to boot into the stock OS is to press Center + Play/Pause before it hits Disk Mode)
iTunes errors out when restoring in Normal and Disk Mode
Rockbox Utility says there is "No Rockbox Bootloader Found" when uninstalling the bootloader via Normal and Disk Mode
iTunes picks up, kicks the iPod from the PC and then errors out the iPod in DFU mode
and RockBox Utility says "Mountpoint not found" in DFU mode
I made a video showing what happens on iTunes: https://streamable.com/b24e78
I want to know, is there any specific iTunes version (for Windows because i don't own a Mac) that isn't borked with DFU mode? Or is there an alternative way of uninstalling the Rockbox bootloader
