#iPod Touch 3 can't be restored, Error 14 in iTunes

Heyo, I got an iPod Touch 3 that I cannot restore for the life of me. Each time I try to restore it it loads a tiny bit then errors out with an "Error 14".

Error 14 is when the device's storage is too full.

If you haven't backed your data up, there's no getting it back.
