New to the modding scene. I'm trying to flash mod a 5th gen with an iflash quad but hwenever I plug in the microsd the ipod gets stuck on the dim apple boot logo. Whenever I take it out it says connect to a computer to restore it. Any help would be apperciated

Have you formatted the card directly (outside the iPod) first?

Yes, it's fat32 as well
