#classic 5th gen won’t connect right

I have a 5th gen classic that I want to get working. I’ve plugged it into my computer, and it shows the “do not disconnect” screen. The device shows up in windows device manager, but not iTunes or even file explorer. Is this a sign of a bad drive?

Try looking in disk management (diskmgmt.msc)
Also did you install iTunes from the Microsoft Store or the Apple website?
