This Nano 7 seems to work ok but I cannot sync any files with iTunes unless I put the iPod in disk mode. (Won't read at all on Mac. The iPod will show up as if it's a memory stick). It technically works fine but it's really a big inconvenience to have these extra steps when I want to put more things into it. Any idea on how could I fix this?

I ended up using my spare pc to access itunes on Windows. A bit of an inconvenience but I'm happy with using it at work so far.
