I just played a Double Up game on PC, on the last round at 1 hp and ready to get eliminated I was expecting Tahm to give me my reward, wich I was hoping would be the Fiora I needed to make it a 3 star, but then, Kench did the spit animation but nothing came as a reward. I checked on the unit trait wich gives you the information of what was the reward and it said a 5-cost unit, but I got nothing from the loot.
