Soraka Stellar interaction does not work with 9 lives

As the title said, Soraka's overheal mechanic DOES NOT execute champs as intended when with 9 lives weirdly due to you cannot gain more tactician health than intended with the augment, but Soraka's Stellar should be working with said augment as Stellar executes said amount of champs on overheal depending on the star level, so I guess they forgot to code 9 lives into Stellar which is why the execution does not work
