#honey oat muffins are level 75 recipe but produce a level 90 snack.

Isn't that the case with a lot of cooking recipes?
I am not aware of any other cooking recipes where the level of the food is different from the level of the recipe. Can you provide me an example?
The one big deviation from that, that I have a recipe for, is kinda special - mass produce version of great venison jerky. The recipe is level 71, the product is level 39. I randomly sampled a bunch of my recipes and the only one where a recipe produced something of higher level, other than the honey oat muffine recipe, was the level 1 "perfected backed potato" making a level 2 product.
Quite a few actually, here just some examples https://wiki.projectgorgon.com/wiki/Brukwintrat https://wiki.projectgorgon.com/wiki/Fried_Banana - I just looked at pgchef.com with cooking level starting at 50, gourmand max 35 for a couple of ideas.
The other way round is rare though, usually the cooking skill can be higher than the gourmand requirement. But there are some examples for higher gourmand as well. https://wiki.projectgorgon.com/wiki/Lemon_Shaved_Ice https://wiki.projectgorgon.com/wiki/Crelpin's_Sushi
We're not talking about gourmand level here. We're talking about the level of the item.
Your example of Brukwinrat is a level 83 recipe that makes a level 83 item (again, not looking at gourmand which tends to be 15 levels less)
Generally a cooking recipe of level X makes an item of level X, which in turn requires X-15 gourmand level to eat. Honey Oat Muffins are level 75, make a level 90 item which then requires gourmand level 75.
What it -should- be doing is making a level 75 item that requires gourmand level 60 to eat.
