Description of Bug: Stuck on Welcome! Please wait a moment while we synchronize with steam.
How to Reproduce: Can't login at all. So trying to login reproduces.

Edit: Status: "Not Connected To Server"

@timber heron try rebooting steam, was likely just due to the Steam tuesday maintenance

I did that, no fix. Restarted PC. Now letting me in. Thank you for reply! ❤️
