this is correct you need to also level mentalism it's parent skill to use higher level fairy skills as well, mentalism will have to level up with fairy magic all the way to 100

well it's currently unusable eventhough i have it

so the level requirement is higher, than the level of attainment then.

you obtain it at fairy magic level 34 i imagine, but it requires mentalism level 34. it effectively requires a high enough level in two skills, rather than simply the skill that gives it to you.

(which is somehing a lot of players currently want adressed, fwtw)
