I've been on the last few days leveling Ice Magic to get Prodigy Potential unlocked:

  1. I've completed the Magic School (is that what it's called? lol) entrance quest
  2. I've completed all of Unora Veilmoor training quests (takes place in the Training Camp at Gazluk Plateau), up to killing the Inferno Elemental and coming back to her at Statehelm, this got me to "Friends" favor
  3. Got to 100 in Ice Magic and ran back to her to check any other requirements, and discovered that she needs "Like Family"
    (PS: She said that she would have more quests, but there's none available, nor she says what she likes in Small talk)

After that I've talked to one player that got Ice Prodigy Potential unlocked and he said that he only did up to the Training quest (item 3), and that was enough, and maybe in a recent patch they changed that.
So, is there a mismatch on Favor reward and requirement to get that unlocked, or she having no quests is a bug? Or not saying what she likes as gift...
The same person who got Ice Prodigy Potential said he's getting the same problem with Weather Witching Trainer...
Is this intentional, meaning whoever got it before got it, and we now have to wait for more content to get the unlock or is it really a bug?

@stone shadow Hey. I am facing the same challenge. A guildie unlocked it, and he is "friends" with Unora. Now, I am required to wait 2 months to gain all this favor? Did you find out something?

I did get to unlock prodigy, but there's no exact proccess to follow.

I can only confirm that there IS a moment where the requirement decreases, because my favor with her is still at "Friends".

So just keep going to her and hope to see it open to unlock, I guess?
