the best way to get it changed is speak to the hosts on your server, or perhaps become a host for your own time you can do it

I would talk to the people on your server, they may be willing to run some alternate times. But on newer servers, resources are limited.

My server just voted to change it so doubt it will change again any time soon. I am in a smaller guild so I don't think it would really make a difference in votes. I am just surprised every server is at the same time now.
