Camera whilst wearing the 'Friendly Spider Hat'

My camera is stuck beneath the floor at all times while wearing the friendly spider hat, whilst standing directly on the ground it's bearable but inside any building it seems to snap below the floor which makes navigating, interacting with objects or speaking to NPC's absolutely awful. I can temporary alleviate the issue by having the camera directly above my character but this introduces issues with those same actions.

Have to relog to get it back to normal
