I've been getting these randomly on and off all day on Laeth and I am not a druid. I'll just get one random update, not like the entire 500 kills, but it's happened to me about twenty times today. I 'was' a druid on my home server, don't think that's what's causing it but no one else in global said they were experiencing this. Very puzzled.

Everyone in your guild will see it and it pops when someone in your guild does something that advances it.
