The spirit fox treasure effect "Galvanize restores X power after a 6-second delay" doesn't seem to be functioning.
It applies the buff stating that it's going to restore power but when the buff times out nothing happens, doesn't work on either allies or myself (with the other effect to have galvanize apply to myself).
It's also not listed on the tooltip at all unlike most treasure effects that add special effects though that may or may not be intentional.
Would also like to take this moment and request that galvanize be castable without having to target an ally, especially with the effect that makes it work on yourself. It's very clunky to use as-is and unusable solo.
