Hmm not sure if I understand this post, but the latest patch has a fix for right click freezing up:

i rly hope this patch sort this. i'll check and delete the post if sorted. rly this is the only thing that make me feel bad of playing many hours cuz my hands are broken now. rly hope they fix it
