#Quest tracker: disable auto track new quests

I find a bit annoying that if I have less than 5 quest tracked every new quest get auto tracked. There should be a setting for this so the player can decide if new quests are added in the tracked quest list. By tracked quest list I mean the quests that you "starred" and appear on the quest tracker on the main screen.
