As stated in the title, it goes back to normal after a minute but the intense lag follows after.
After exiting the myconian cave through the portal (not the teleportation portal), thats where the issue started.
This picture shows the problem still persists after entering a new area.

I'm having the same issue. It starts with the loading screen taking unusually long time at the very end, repeatedly "loading additional assets" and when it loads I get the same error.
it seems like if i wait long enough it properly loads everything else though, but it still keeps frozen for a good while not being able to do anything 🤔 I also wasn't having any loading issues in the few days i've been playing until now
however, if it helps to know, today i did have internet issues earlier in the day and those things might be correlated, if my internet is still not back to full shape yet

Same here. I Thought that it was some memory leak, so I restarted the PC and nothing changed.
Im sad now.

Ok. Just tweak the settings. Put the grafic on the highest Low possible it will fix the bug.

I didnt work. Its weird, because the lag is in the server side receiving our input to interact. We receive and process the input for the other players (when they appear on our screen). But every interaction that happens with our character is laggy.
Also, there is an Log file, for us to check what was happening when this error occur?

Solved the problem by just restarting my pc
Verifying integrity and restarting the game itself doesnt work

Same here. I started having that issue yesterday only. Verified files, restarted pc, and it still keeps happening.
Even if waiting for a few minutes while the screen is like that eventually loads the UI and allows me to play, I've been having horrid, unplayable lag that lasts for 5-10min depending on the zone i'm in (Serbule is painful), and it's a strange lag because it happens to me only. I'm always playing with my boyfriend and my "lag check reflex muscle" is to type whatever gibberish and wait to see my message. My boyfriend sees the message the moment I send it, and yet it takes me forever to see it myself. This doesn't apply only to chat, but everything else, including skills, movement, combat; everything.
I will try completely removing and reinstalling the game, and see if it does anything.
Taking that measure because the lag seems to be getting worse over time >_<
Welp, can confirm that reinstalling the game does nothing to help with the issue.

looks like a internet problem, we need a proxy or a new rote, if i conect with my cellphone internet works just fine.
i buy exit lag, and fixes for me, u can download and try for 72hrs if u do a new account

Yeah, it appear to be something related to the connection... Weird, because it wasnt like that... But Okay, I will test the exit lag a little more just to see if fixes
