Barter and/or quest reward while mounted on horse.

Description of bug: While mounted on horse, handing in a quest that rewards an item (armor/weapon), and also if bartering for an item (armor/weapon) while mounted on a horse, will allways yield pure Endurance item without any active combat skills (or inactive combat skills for that matter).
I assume this is a bug, and not intended.

How to reproduce: Barter with an NPC while mounted on a horse outdoors (Example: Helena Welimore in Horgans Keep in Eltibule).
Or hand in a quest that rewards a weapon or armor to any outdoor NPC while mounted on a horse (Example: Horgan in Horgans Keep and hand in quest that rewards staff)

It isn't a bug, because Riding skill replaces your active combat.

You can also force this effect by equipping non-combat skills on both bars (like musical performance or dance) and then looting chests / interacting with NPCs that return rewards.
