I've tried twice to enter the giant mushroom in Serbule through the large mushroom talk and I end up crashing and the error says it cannot load my character.

I've tried twice to enter the giant mushroom in Serbule through the large mushroom talk and I end up crashing and the error says it cannot load my character.
I am unable to connect back for a bit and when I do, I am back in Serbule.
It is also happening to the Giant Red Crystal in Serbule too.
