#Latency issues with the servers.

Ok, so on and off for the last past 6 months the game experiences network issues for different regions.

At least a few days a week (from 2 to 4 days) there's prolonged periods of time where the overall latency to the servers is incredibly high, this can shift between different regions, US regions seem to be unaffected for the most part.

The use of a VPN can alleviate some of the mayor latency but its not a good option either.

It is not user's regional DNS provider issue since most US services that are not PG server respond with consistent and expected latencies.

Bump, every 2 minutes more or less several players from different regions are getting disconnected from the game consistently after the poetry jam

in 4 minutes im having 8% packet loss resulting in several disconnects

Can confirm this have been happening to me the past 4 weeks. I've been disconnected several times, mostly during events (Zhia Lian, Gobble, PJ).

I have lag spikes on occasion, or just increased lag. Sometimes it's minor but annoying, IE 1s delay on stuff for a few minutes, sometimes it's a lag spike for 1m

Connection is fine (literally watching youtube while it happens sometimes, and I have optical fiber). DNS also fine

when lag spike happen I have trash ping (like 1k+) but when it's just a delay, ping is around 300ms

in an hour of playing I'm guaranteed to have at least one of those problem, with the lag spike being, thankfully, rarer

For the past two weeks or so have been experiencing input lag / menu lag/ gui lag / and massive 2-3 second long freeze/rubberbands which would point to a network issue. However /status shows me at 40ms rountrip, all areas good, all subservers good. This happens at two different locations geographically on two seperate ISPs and seperated by like 50 miles. Happens consistently on all chars, happens MUCH more often (every few seconds) instead of (Every few minutes) when at a big event like gobblejack.

Frames locked to 120 and consistent.

this rubberbanding started shortly after the harvest season/gobblejack was turned on, prior to that it never happened on same hardware/internet

Only had the game 40 days and prior to that one day where we had issues logging in, i never have this kind of consistent lag (every 1-2 mins, especially with item drag drop amd gifting / looting)

My ping is never above low 40s and im on fiber. Am going to use cloud pc located in washington and see if i have this kind of thing repeat

since ~1 week I have huge ping spikes too. installed VPN today to check if it helps...
