In Povus, as a fairy went high up until I reached the limit and the error message kept popping up.
I logged out, and logged back in later. I switched to riding (to fall faster) and discovered that I wasn't falling at all. I could move forward, the horse was showing it's regular walking animation.
Dismounting or mounting again did nothing. All the time I was getting the error that I couldn't go any higher.
Solved it by casting recall beginnings.
