#Eltibule Trees Flickering

This is a long shot, but does turning off SSAO in Settings > Graphics > Post-Processing do anything to the flicker?
I had to get to a zone where it happens. The trees in Vidaria are fine. Povus flashes too!
SSAO was already disabled, and oddly enabling it made everything flash faster.
Adjusting Graphics Quality Level does nothing, except it feels faster on Poor. Slowest flashing on Good & Great.
If it's relevant, this is a on a Steam Deck.
Eltibule: Every tree flashes.
Povus: Every tree flashes.
Kur: All tall trees flash. Short trees do not.
Vidaria: No tree types flash.
Rahu: No tree types flash.
Oh, but there is something going on with water in Rahu. Not all the time, but equally weird. Goes away after about a minute and appears normal. Exporting a video now.
Wow. Looks like you've unlocked Horror Game mode
Another note: In Eltibule, the trees stop flashing if I go ~15m/s or faster on horseback.

Sun Vale trees are causing weird "stain" effects when water is the background (looks like a super long distance reflection gone wrong)
Yeah, happens with other objects including players and NPCs as well
Tried switching to the cutout trees for a few minutes, but found a different issue; They turn invisible when water is behind them.
Povus is really bad

I can confirm that trees have stopped flashing for me in Eltibule and Kur. I haven't made it to Povus tonight yet.
"Disable Underwater Effects" also worked for me. I can see clearly now.
Only odd thing is that my hair is no longer reflected.
... actually if I put my character underwater and the camera above water, hair also vanishes entirely.
