Is Otis supposed to disappear sometimes? Like, is he only at his shop space for certain times of the day? I haven't used him too much but sometimes when I stop by Kib he's just not there, and doesn't show up on the map. Maybe he's away hanging out with his twin/friend?

Ah, ok. I didn't know that. I have only stuck around to watch a bear maul a man in the arena one time for a few minutes. It was an entertaining watch. I love the silliness too, like horses hanging out at the bottom of the ocean in Sunvale. Kelpies do exist! I'll try to keep an ear open when I'm around the casino, so I can watch Otis bash some stuff.
