Allow mouselook rebind

Holding RMB for mouselook is aggravating a wrist RSI i have, my inflamed wrist would very much appreciate the ability to bind it to something on the keyboard. I would also appreciate being able to rebind mouse scroll, but that request has less health impact

(it's possible mouselook rebind exists, but i stared at the keyboard rebind screen for a while without finding it)

You could try setting up action camera. The toggle for that is re-bindeable and it does the same thing as holding right click down. I use that and a thumball mouse to alleviate the same problem in my own wrist.
