There is nobody on either side of this wall causing the flame, and nothing that I can see beneath it.

There are things that spawn in the wall or on the ledges sometimes. I think it's a bit of a running joke. Sometimes you get mushrooms too or rafter meat.

How is it inside the wall?
Players can drop items to force stick them in casino walls. It can get very annoying sometimes
