If I am on horse back I can’t move the horse when I enter a new zone via the map portals. If I get off the horse I can move, but if I get back on I can’t move. The issue resolved itself if I log out and back in.

I have this same issue. It's still happening and it's starting to happen in every zone for me. I sent an in-game bug report.

Hey this has been on our radar for a few months, and we have tried multiple times to recreate it internally with no luck. It's clearly something intermittent, which are the most difficult types of bugs to recreate & fix. If anyone manages to reproduce it reliably and can give us repro steps, that may be helpful. Or any other info you think relevant, please let me know

I think holding W the whole time might repro it (as you're running up to the portal, and during the whole loading screen)

3/5 times now, on the 3rd time I released and reheld W during the load screen
idk I'm like 5/12 for reproducing it trying to hold W during the loadscreen but could just be luck

Not sure on that one, I've gotten in the habit of unmounting when I go through a portal just out of sheer placebo and it still locks the horse up even if I'm not on it when I zone in

I've got a potential fix for this that should go out with the next patch. Thanks @swift rampart for sending me logs! I'll check back in with you folks after the next patch to see if the bug persists
