Description of Bug: As the title says, the mod is visible on Overwhelming bite but don't do anything on the timer.
How to Reproduce: Having a "Bite attacks reduce Blood Mist current timer" Vampirism mod, Blood Mist in cooldown, and using a bite attack.

It still doesn't work with the last update, at least in rabbit form

yep, still bugged. It shows up in the tool tips, but doesnt reduce the cool down any.
