As the title says I am unable to gift items.
I've tried cloth armor, ivory horn, antlers and items with mentalism level requirement.
Also asked a guild member to give it a try. Same result.
When I try to gift an item I get the message/answer "Hm. I have no information about this." as an dialog.
Also tried logging in/out.

no quest with that name. Have 2 quest items in my saddlebag. One for "Darker than dark" and another one for "James' Birthday Adventure".

This is also apparently happening to a couple other NPCs. Zhao and flowers being one and uhhhh Creplin? Being the other

You're probably right Chompy, I touched gifting logic for that and 1 other thing. Will be looking into it today. Sorry everyone!

Same here, no vidaria questing. I stumbled into the map and died once. If that information is of any use

Im having the same issue. dropped all quest items and still having the same result
