It has been doing this for a while now and I decided to study it before I made a bug report. It happens from character select screen to in-game. It gets stuck on trying to load between 1 and 10 assets and after about 10 seconds, it loads the game and then gives an error message saying something like this "Error, could not load some assets, will continue anyway"

I dont know if this other thing I notice happening now might be related to the asset problem but when I am on character select screen and pick a different character, the character's image doesnt show for 5 to 15 seconds.
Also right before poetry jam started, it did that asset loading problem,so I quit the game and emailed you the 'player.log' and strange, on my computer the player.log file shows it to be 16k but in the email, it shows it to be 3 megs.
