it has 5 dots and most dont show signs so I have to guess and end up not getting the frozen poison vials. Is this on purpose to make it more difficult?

Sounds like you're angling as an animal? As mentioned on the news page, animal forms aren't supposed to be able to angle. They can't see the fishing pole so it's basically unplayable in animal forms.

rahu docks quest also not showing some particles for 2 of the abilities,ilmari quest doesnt load the quest fish at all and doesnt show particles for 2 abilities,i could have shown this to you before completing the quest by luck but i assumed you could test it in your side
in addition to that(less important) multiple pretend fish across all zones dont show particles for 1 or 2 of the abilities

I SteamDeck user and have same issue (Fairy race) some particles are missed/invisible but up to lv 30 all fish (those that swim in circle) have all
particles are missed for some nofish and quest Angling

Thanks for the reports everyone! We think all these issues are now resolved with the update that just went live. If you see angling bugs after the update, let us know in a new bug report/thread, so we can keep things organized.
