**Rules For Opening Tickets:**
- Payment is taken upfront with no exceptions.
- Make sure you meet the required catacombs level for the floor in which you want to be carried.
- Carriers may only accept up to 5 carries worth of payments upfront. (Dungeons)
- Carriers may only accept up to 10 carries worth of payments upfront. (Slayers)
- Carriers may only accept up to 3 carries worth of payments upfront. (Crimson)
- Make sure you have all the required items to help yourself reach at least Milestone 3.
- You are not allowed to open tickets for others or invite anyone to the carry.
- Your carrier has the choice to choose your class, this is up for negotiation between you and the carrier.
- Every client must open their own tickets, you cannot open a ticket for multiple people at once, nor can you make tickets for other people
**Rules For Getting Carried:**
- Carriers do not owe you a refund or a rerun upon dying in the boss fight and failing the score. (Dungeons)
- Carriers do not owe you a refund or a rerun upon dying to the slayer IF the carrier has explained all the steps to being carried in that slayer and has provided what is needed to survive. (Slayers)
- You are not allowed to request a certain carrier or a "1 tapper".
- If your carrier is not doing the correct timed boss ie. you open up a sepulture ticket and your carrier is killing your bosses longer than 40 seconds and you get proof of it you can report it in #support-tickets under discord ticket.
- You are not allowed to die more than 2 times without a spirit pet. (Dungeons)
- If you disconnect during a carry, the carrier will try to teleport you back. If you can't return, you have 24 hours to reclaim coins. Otherwise, the carrier keeps them.
- Your carry is considered over once the carry ends and you get the score you ordered.
- If you are buying at bulk price, you must pay 10 upfront to prevent discount baiting.
**No Negotiating**
- There is no negotiation allowed for the prices of carries for all our services. Such negotiation will result in a closure of your ticket and an infraction.
