Yep, went back and did it, S3M3 mod 2 lemon at e2lv60 one cycles the boss as long as all bullets hit.

If you want to one cycle the last phase just nuke any statues in her range first.

Just tested. The easiest way I found was to use a high level Texas Alter.

In regular mode she can handily deal with the snipers by killing a stray bird to reprocc her skill

Just read her kit a bit and you should be set. She's fairly simple to use.

Then ideally get her to double procc the skill and burst down the sniper before it becomes a problem.

If this doesn't work you'll need to try some other methods.

Use your own snipers to handle the waves. Try and keep pressure minimal, since time spent handling waves can distract you from noticing when the enemy snipers appear.
