she just has a pretty good amount of dps. her stun is unreliable unless you only need a single instance of it or your run is cracked beyond belief otherwise you shouldnt really be relying on it. one thing about krooster is that 1. she scales really well with relics and 2. she's a 5* so she's cheaper to recruit. In IS in particular she has the same performance if not better than other 6* marksman but for cheaper that they are never drafted but people are more willing to draft her
