Some people say that H13-4 is harder than H12-4, for me though, H13-4 is just a big dps check, whether you can handle the altars and boss while laneholding or not. H12-4 on the other hand, there are a lot of mechanics in there and you need to understand them and counter them properly, for me thats more challenging than just deploying meta ops to lanehold.
