Basically you need to put someone tough (like your Hoshi) on one of the top green circles. This serves 3 purposes:

1. She will bait the attacks of the flying enemies spawning from top-left corner since she is the closest.
2. She laneholds the top lane (from enemies spawning from the 2 top red boxes).
3. She serves as the initial anchor for the chain.
   After that, put a defender or something on the purple circle to create a chain and block enemies for Ascalon (this unit will block enemies buying time for your Ascalon to dps). After the setup you can finally drop Ascalon on the blue circle facing up so that she hits all burdenbeasts, spawncamp the bottom-right red box, and also slightly dps the top lane.

Then you can finally deploy healers and other high platformers on the yellow circles. When the guitar guy spawned on the bottom right red box and starts his attacking animation, use your healer's skill (and Ascalon's) to kill the guitar fast.

Yellow circles are for healers and highplatformers.

So units like snipers or casters

To help you with dps.

Just make sure that one of your healers can reach Ascalon because the guitar guy hits hard and he hits all your chained units.

Oh and if you have someone like Thorns or Ela, you can use them as the initial anchor instead by placing them on the green circle with red stripe on it, facing up. That way Thorns/Ela will kill the flying enemies spawning from the top-left red box.

With your Ascalon stationed at the center of them, you actually can throw other cheap fast deploys like Yato or Gravel and to create Stabilizer Chains and make them trip.

That will speed up the process.

Altho if your Ascalon is maxed out she alone can handle all the burdenbeasts just fine.
