I place her on the upper tiles in the middle of the stage like everyone else does.

Indigo can root, that's pretty much it. S2 increase attack speed and root chance, and because she never attack rooted targets it means if you fight 1 enemy with her S2 she will near guarantee root, stack up attacks, and near guarantee root as soon as enemy unroots.
Against multiple enemies it turns into random BS go where she just shoot everyone and they move much more distance between roots.
I guess her archetype attack range can assist with those 2 diagonal tiles (At some maps there is high DEF low RES enemy camping in corner reachable only by such range)
