anyway if we are talking elites or bosses, reasonably speaking they will either have high def or high res, in which case texalt s2 pulls ahead pretty fast. You can look at it like this
s3 does 2k arts dps + 1k physical with auto atks.
s2 does 3.7k just arts dmg, but also reduces enemy res.
so if an enemy just have 1kdef, her s3 drops down to 2k, and she also doesnt have res ignore
and if the enemy has high res, then her s3 arts portion of dmg will be reduced significantly more than her s2 dmg.

are you a new player? Ethan gets a use case every now and then as a CC bot. Pudding is a standard chain caster for SSS if you don't have any higher raritiy ones. Quartz is optional. Caper has good range and physical dps for her rarity

so based on my last run (1 week ago) on this map (for fun purpose, i like to redo annihilations evem though i've cleared them a while ago)
