On the issue of morale, -MD is generally more valuable than +MR. But even then, I think for my specific case, I once calculated that Wisadel gave like 1% Prod per -0.05MD if I micromanaged the dorm timings. It will depend on how good your main and sub teams are and your rotations but that's the order of magnitude you should expect.

Generally, you just want enough -MD to make your shifts work. Like if you can work another shift bc you had Mlynar in for your rotation, that breakpoint is probably worthwhile since you can count that as Mlynar's productivity due to -MD
Also don't discount ease of use for irl sanity

The only other op that can really provide value in that spot is Kirara, who will probably only come in while Sui is resting

I've been playing >6 months and I'm still running 5 factories in a 252 with a lvl 2 trading post for Proviso droning. Mastering skills doesn't seem like a big enough deal to any unit to justify having any less LMD considering it's the only thing I need. Is there a version of an endgame factoriy with a lvl 3 training room and lvl 3 reception room that is somehow more efficient than running 5 factories?

Well definitely don’t upgrade RR. Downgrade your top dorm to Lv 1 and you can have Lv 3 TR without changing left side

you can downgrade your lvl 4 dorm to lvl 1 and i think thats enough power to have training room at lvl 3. reception room is fine at lvl 2

Proviso doesn't give order efficiency herself so that's usually a good Shamare partner. What I dont know is how impactful her first skill is, that's why I ask 😇 👍

Yes, typically 2 gold facs aren’t enough to sustain Proviso, especially if you use drones on her

Typically for more LMD, drone TP and swap between 2 or 3 gold facs

For more EXP, stay on 2 gold facs (so 3 exp facs) and use drones on gold+exp
