proviso's individual efficiency is better in a lvl 2 TP over lvl 3 (her skill will always proc on every order in a lvl 2 TP. in a lvl 3 TP, her skill doesnt proc when u get the 4 gold bar orders)

but a lvl 3 proviso TP will still perform better than a lvl 2 proviso TP (due to just having more orders with the efficiency bonus of other ops)

but it's recommended to downgrade your TP to lvl 2 if you have proviso if you are missing power (usually if you overleved your right side)

cuz one lvl3 TP + one lvl2 TP with Proviso

will still generally need 3 gold factories to maintain so that you can always drone the TP

so if you can max all factories AND all trading posts, you should keep them all at lvl 3 (this is always the priority)

1. Downgrade all your dorms to Lv 1
2. Downgrade 2 of your FACs to Lv 2
3. Change a Power Plant to a Lv 2 FAC
4. For making shards, you will probably want to use your Lv 3 FAC with a mix of capacity-boosting and production-boosting skills (e.g. Bubble + Vulcan + Chestnut)
5. Use a Lv 3 TP with high productivity to trade the shards. Lemuen + Exu + Vigil is a great option regardless of your combos, while other options can also work depending on how many combo pieces you have
6. The limiting factor in your farming will always be rocks from 1-7, which means that using drones on your shard FAC or orundum TP will not actually allow you to produce any more orundum than you would otherwise. You can still use drones on them if you want to speed up the process of using up shards to return your base to a more stable production regime, but the most efficient use of drones is to continue using them on Proviso.

if your not max left and you have proviso then downgrade a tp to level 2 and upgrade a factory instead

the training room question is very variable. How far along are you in story and progressing? Do you feel that you need masteries yet? Your getting better production/able to keep an extra factory level if you keep training room at a lower level but don't feel like you can never upgrade it if you want/need mastery level 3

however, i did check how long the difference would take to pay off
it would take a week atleast for exp fac to give a record, and atleast 2 1/2 days for gold fac to give a bar, out of that difference
upto you if you want to switch, but if you do, it only benefits the gold fac

the gain is insignificant, if i had to say so

even credit shop gives more than that

only worth switching if it makes the rotation switching routine more comfy
