Yeah, on limited banners technically EVERY limited op that’s featured in the contract shop will also be on rate up. The 3 that are featured will have a slightly higher rate while the others take up like 2% of the chance. It’s in the details.

not every limited the old limiteds do not have any type of rate up and they are the same as every other standard character (ros w skadi alter) however the characters on the banner (texas virtuosa mulseye) do have a higher rate up in the banner compared to standard characters basically its super hard to get an old limited because they have the same rate as every other character only the characters that show they are rated up actually have a rate up

basically what i mean is ur chances of pulling Logos are the exact same chances of pulling Ros Skadi Alter or W but Texas Virtuosa do all have a rate up to make them more likely to be pulled than Ros or Logos or Ray or anyone
