If you’ve only done easy mode, then you need to beat Highmore on normal. If you’ve done that already, then on floors 2 and 3 there’s an encounter involving the Tidal Knight. You need to take either the first or second option, which sets you on ending 2; then keep him alive through floor 4, as he joins you as a 2 block shifter in front of the blue box. If he dies, you go back to ending 1.
There’s also a second encounter after that can appear, where you can decrease his DEF by 80%. This makes keeping him alive harder, but also makes his boss fight on 5 easier.

Once he’s beaten, you can start finding the encounter on floor 2/3 for ending 3, which will have an image of Mizuki and the Doctor in a cave. That encounter, take the collectible. Then you need to find a floor 4/5 encounter called Caerula Arbor and take the last collectible; you lose 50 light immediately but get locked to ending 3
