How worth it is Reed2 these days?

I'm considering using some certs on her because I have enough certs to buy two OPs out of the shop (with some left over) and I already have Ulpi, Ascalon and Ray.

Since I already have those two, it would leave Logos as the only one I'd buy out of the shop this year unless I'm mistaken. I suppose Mylinar could show up at some point, but I'll get him off next orienteering or via the paid selector.

I just feel like it would be worth it to grab Reed2 because there's almost nothing else for me to spend my gold certs on for a while.
