its because wisadel is on the opposite side of the reconstruction, and as stated, bounces cannot go back on itself. and since ur last deployed unit was mlynar, the bounce is prioritizing mlynar and then jumps to pram2, but then it has no way of reaching wisadel
in ur case u will have to deploy wisadel somewhere next to mlynar or pram2 if u want all three of them to get the buff

Note that Interdependent Luck is a jackpot for the squad because it will generate a crazy amount of coupon throughout your exchanges.

Executor just sucks. "damage" when he doesn't really have this much + needs very high investment to work, abysmal cycles. no utility. giga yikes
Aosta has a few usecases and IMO is the least bad of the 5* suicide trio. he suffers from the same problems but the true AoE DoT has usage for IW event furniture, is6, etc. actually has OKAY damage and bind can be fun. not much more than that though and only needs e1 lv1 for your average roster for the DoT application
Kichisei is just ehhhhhhhhhh. wants to cosplay Aosta but ends up being somehow worse at it, icl. haven't used her that much and shileds considers her an Aosta sidegrade, but need to confirm
Chalter is actually decent. fell off, but back in her days there was no wisadel or mlynar or leizi2 or lemuen or ray. she was kind of the best at-the-time option and blew most other 6* phys dps out of the water in terms of damage output. range gets less awkward with extension and she has cc + def mitigation. so she was very good at the time. nowadays better options exist, so
